Hypnotherapy
Suggestion Therapy (Clinical Hypnosis)
Although classified under one heading, there are a number of techniques within suggestion therapy that allow it to be so successful. The basic concept is that when you are in a nice relaxed hypnotic state, the unconscious (subconscious) mind is open to positive suggestion.
Because people's emotions and habitual behaviour stem mostly from their unconscious, they sometimes find it difficult to control various emotions and behaviours.
Suggestions given within a hypnotic state can communicate directly with the unconscious mind and can therefore be used to break old habits such as smoking, nail biting and help with weight loss.
On the emotional side the deep states of relaxation created within hypnosis, combined with positive suggest ion, can help with stress relief and much more.
Often positive images of a better future are used to create a sense of what can be achieved.
Hypnoanalysis. (Analytical therapy)
It has been recognised for sometime now that emotions sometimes become trapped deep with the unconscious mind and cause problems of various kinds; nervous disorders, anxiety, emotional problems.
Through hypnoanalysis it is possible to rediscover those bottled up emotions. This often comes in a ‘moment of surprising and liberating enlightenment’.
Once rediscovered these bottled up emotion can no long have an effect upon the individual.
This is not a temporary fix but a permanent positive life changing event.
Some people have tried for years to consciously work out their problems, often finding that they can’t get to the root of the difficulty. They may have got some temporary relief with various techniques.
With hypnosis, using the technique of hypnoanalysis it is possible to achieve permanent life changing results usually in 8-10 session.
